Everything You Need to Know about IGCSE and A/AS-LEVEL !!

IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) and A-LEVEL (Cambridge International Advanced Level) or AS-LEVEL (Cambridge International Advanced Subsidiary Level) are secondary education programs from the United Kingdom, widely used by international schools in Thailand. The IGCSE curriculum is equivalent to O-Level and is suitable for students aged 14-16 years old. A-LEVEL/AS LEVEL builds upon the subjects covered in IGCSE and is suitable for students aged 16-19 years old. Both IGCSE and A-LEVEL curricula offer a variety of subjects, categorized as follows, aimed at preparing students for university education:

IGCSE: Mathematics, English Language, English Literature, Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Humanities (History, Geography), Languages (French, Spanish), and Business Studies.
A-LEVEL/AS LEVEL: Advanced Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Economics, Geography, History, English Literature, Languages (French, Spanish), and Business Studies.

These programs are designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge for further academic pursuits at the university level.
